Important Instructions for Applicants

• Prospective candidates seeking admission to the Vacant/ Left Over seats of B.Tech/ B.Tech (LEET) programs at the University for the Academic Session 2025-26, are required to submit their applications only through this online admission portal within the stipulated Time Schedule/ deadline.
• Applicants must use their own active and registered email address for login. This email ID will serve as the primary mode of communication and must remain active throughout the admission process. All credentials and communications will be sent only to this ID.
• An application is considered complete and valid only after successful payment through the payment gateway and fulfillment of all mandatory requirements as per the University Information Brochure 2025–26. Incomplete applications or those without payment will be rejected.
• The applicant's name and personal details must exactly match those on their Class X Board Marksheet.
• Candidates applying under multiple categories such as AIC/HOGC, SC/ST/BC, PH, FF, ESM, TFW, EWS, KM, HGST for the same program can do so using a single application form.
• Candidates wishing to apply for more than one program/course may do so using a single registration, but must pay the applicable fee separately for each program.
• Those applying under Freedom Fighter / Ex-Servicemen categories must select "Children/Widows of Armed Forces Personnel" in the ‘Other Category / Quota Details’ section to be considered accordingly.
• No changes to the merit list will be allowed based on submission of category certificates or any other documents after the list has been published.
• All updates such as admission notices, instructions, and merit lists will be published only on the University website. No separate call letters, SMS, or emails will be sent. Candidates must regularly check the website.
• The application fee is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or adjusted against any future admission or selection process.
