Admission Instructions for Ph.D. 2025-26

- IMPORTANT DATES:
- I. Availability of prospectus and online application on the University website: 01/10/2025
- II. Last date for submission of online application forms: 03/11/2025
- III. Availability of the list of candidates: 06/11/2025
- IV. Date of Entrance Examination: 08/11/2025
- V. Date of Interview & Counselling: 13/11/2025 to 14/11/2025
- VI. Display of the list of selected candidates: 17/11/2025
- VII. Course fee submission by selected candidates: 18/11/2025 to 21/11/2025
- VIII. Reporting to the respective departments: 24/11/2025
- IX. Commencement of Ph.D. coursework classes: 12/01/2026
- Candidates must carefully select and fill their applicable discipline as per eligibility. A candidate will not be considered under any category for which they have not applied.
- Candidates belonging to Haryana are advised to select their respective categories including HOGC / Reserved Categories (other than AIC/ROHC). Candidates who select AIC (ROHC) category will not be considered for HOGC or any other reserved category.
- It is mandatory to provide valid rank certificates for UGC NET / UGC-CSIR NET / GATE & similar National Level Tests.
- The Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) ID is mandatory for Haryana residents. Candidates must enter their valid PPP ID during the online application process. Personal and financial data such as name, parents' names, annual family income, category, etc., will be verified from the FIDR database. Only verified data will be considered for caste/reservation benefits or financial assistance.
- If any data is not verified through the PPP ID, the candidate will be treated as a General Category applicant. Candidates must ensure that their PPP ID is updated and verified before applying.
- Candidates must mention Research Paper details in the “Research Interest Area” tab while filling the form.
